Position Overview

Position	Article Assistant
Department	Internal Audit & SEBI Compliance
Location	Sion & GTB Nagar, Mumbai
Work Timings	10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Engagement Type	Articleship (ICAI Registered Students)

Role Responsibilities

· Audit Execution: Conduct internal audits aligned with SEBI regulations.

· Process Review: Identify irregularities and offer actionable improvements.

· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure clients comply with SEBI and stock exchange rules.

· Client Interaction: Collect required data and provide clear audit explanations.

· Documentation: Maintain organized audit records and draft detailed reports.

· Learning & Development: Stay updated with industry practices and circulars.

Requirement

Eligibility

Students registered under CA Articleship (ICAI)

Education

B.Com, M.Com or if you are passionate about capital markets!

Preferred Skills

Basic capital market knowledge, auditing interest, communication, analytical abilities

Curious, detail-oriented, Hunger for learning, Ability to handle complicated work scenarios, Sportsmanship Spirit
