Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CA Director to lead our financial and accounting departments. The CA Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This senior leadership role requires a Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in corporate finance, regulatory frameworks, and business operations.
As the CA Director, you will work closely with executive management to drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic advice to support the organization’s growth and sustainability. Your leadership will be critical in managing risk, optimizing resources, and maintaining robust financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Reporting:

Oversee preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to stakeholders, including board members, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Lead the annual budgeting process, working collaboratively with department heads to develop realistic and achievable budgets.

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including tax laws, audit regulations, and corporate governance standards.
