Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Semi-Qualified professional who has cleared both groups of CA Intermediate (CA Inter) to join our dynamic finance team. The candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of accounting, taxation, and compliance tasks including statutory audits, Income Tax, GST, TDS, income tax assessments, appeals, litigation, and ROC-related work.
This is an excellent opportunity for semi-qualified CAs who are preparing for their CA Final examinations (appearing May 2026 or thereafter) to gain valuable hands-on experience and grow within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Statutory Audits in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.

Prepare and file Income Tax returns for individuals, companies, and other entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.

Handle GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance matters, including input tax credit verification and GST audit preparation.

Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) compliances and filing of returns.

Support the process of Income Tax Assessment, including preparation of assessment papers, data collation, and liaising with tax authorities.

Assist in the preparation and management of Income Tax Appeals and Litigation by coordinating with legal counsel and maintaining proper documentation.

Handle Registrar of Companies (ROC) compliance including filing of annual returns, financial statements, and other statutory documents.

Assist in internal audits, financial statement analysis, and preparation of reports for management.

Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation for audit and tax purposes.

Stay updated with the latest changes in tax laws, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with senior team members to support various client accounting and compliance requirements.

Coordinate with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders as needed.
