Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Cabin Crew - EASA Certified - International Airline, you will be an integral part of the in-flight team responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers aboard international flights. Your duties will span across safety procedures, hospitality, first aid, and passenger engagement, adhering strictly to European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) regulations and airline standards.
This role demands professionalism, cultural sensitivity, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer care. You are expected to perform under pressure, manage emergency situations calmly, and promote a positive flying experience for all passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Flight Duties:

Attend pre-flight briefings with the crew to discuss flight details, special passenger requirements, and safety protocols.

Conduct pre-flight checks of emergency equipment, cabin cleanliness, catering supplies, and safety procedures.

Ensure all cabin systems, including life vests, fire extinguishers, and oxygen bottles, are functional and properly stowed.

Verify catering, seat configurations, and availability of onboard sales and service items.
2. Passenger Interaction & Service:

Welcome passengers onboard, assist with seating, and provide guidance on carry-on luggage storage.

Deliver safety demonstrations and ensure passenger understanding of safety procedures.

Serve meals, beverages, and onboard products during the flight while managing inventory efficiently.

Attend to passengers with special needs, such as the elderly, children, people with disabilities, or nervous flyers.
3. Safety and Security:

Ensure strict adherence to EASA safety and security standards throughout all stages of flight.

Monitor cabin for unusual behavior, security threats, or non-compliance with safety regulations.

Respond to in-flight emergencies, including medical situations, turbulence, or fire hazards.

Administer first aid when necessary and operate emergency equipment as trained.

Maintain vigilance during boarding, in-flight, and disembarkation processes.
4. Post-Flight Responsibilities:

Assist in cleaning and securing the cabin after landing.

Complete flight reports, incident logs, and documentation for any irregularities.

Submit inventory counts and feedback on cabin conditions, equipment malfunctions, or service-related concerns.

Participate in debriefs and provide insights to enhance future service quality.
