Responsibilities

What the role will entail

Ownership of the File transfer system (PMCCAD).

Monitor email address for file transfer requests (incoming and outgoing).

Process file transfer requests in line with company guidelines.

Troubleshooting associated with the system.

Liaising with internal customers and other support departments to resolve issues.

Generate reports from the system.

Maintain Correspondence Log.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role you will have â

Experience using Electronic Document Management System(s).

Excellent computer skills (Access/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio).

Personable, confident with excellent communication skills.

Experience using AutoCAD.

A minimum of 3 years in a professional office environment with a background in administration.

Due to our continued success, we are seeking a CAD Administrator to join our BIM Department in Cork. We currently have a team of 15 people administrating our various 2D and 3D authoring softwareâs for both local and international projects for our customers.

This part time role will provide administrative support, in a live projects environment, with multiple disciplines. The role would be suited to a candidate that has used AutoCAD. The candidate will be responsible for the management of file transfer requests from the Cork Office. The successful candidate will be based in our Bangalore office.
