Title- Analyst – AutoCAD
Business Unit- Occupancy Planning (Space Planning)
Reporting to- Team Leader
Duties & Responsibilities-
Seeking a AutoCAD, or CAFM/IWMS Specialist having 2-4 years of experience minimum.
This position involves production of AutoCAD-based projects.
Typical assignments will include-

Duties & Responsibilities-
Seeking a AutoCAD, or CAFM/IWMS Specialist having 2-4 years of experience minimum.
This position involves production of AutoCAD-based projects.
Typical assignments will include-
- Creating 2D Testfits from hand drawn sketch or list of program requirements
- Performing ongoing maintenance of as-built AutoCAD floorplans to incorporate construction changes
- Following established AutoCAD drawing standardization guidelines
- Preparing drawings for publish to various CAFM/IWMS Technology Systems through drawing layer standardization, polylining to BOMA standard, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience with commercial (office) architectural, engineering or construction drawings
- Knowledge of CAFM/IWMS technology (FM-Systems, TRIRIGA, Archibus, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel required.
- Advanced knowledge in building information modelling programs and applicable techniques.
- Ability to effectively meet and accommodate deadlines on multiple projects.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and provide timely feedback and guidance to the Occupancy Planning Team
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a Diploma in Architecture related discipline preferred, however needs to have advanced knowledge of AutoCAD
- A proactive attitude, excellent written and verbal communications skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment are all essential to be successful in this position.

The Variable CAD Team within Occupancy Planning is responsible for CAD drafting tasks as assigned by the on-account OP Team. This typically includes ongoing maintenance of the CAD drawings that populate the Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) Software to support reconfigurations of existing space, testfit drafting from sketch, preparation of new CAD drawings for publishing into the CAFM system, archival of drawings no longer needed to populate the CAFM System, square footage measurement verification, as well as troubleshooting/ addressing general CAD drawing related questions.
