Job Description

Location: Hyderabad, India, or Hybrid (Best performing candidates)
Experience Level: 0-2 years
Work Mode: On-site
No. of Openings: 3 Roles

Internship Duration: 6 Months (Paid Internship) - fixed 10,000/- Extendable up to 1 Year,
final year B.Tech students may also apply.
If the performance is good they will be hired permanently on payrolls with a fixed compensation of 2.4 LPA.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic CAD/CAM Intern who are passionate about end-to-end product
development, from design to tooling.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to CAD-based design, tool development, and real-world applications in manufacturing, particularly using CAD, Solid works autocad, basic CNC and supporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 2D/3D CAD models and detailed engineering drawings using NX
- Support design-to-tool development lifecycle, including DFM (Design for Manufacturing)
- Collaborate on component design for lathe, CNC machining, and welding processes
- Create and maintain drawing revisions and BOMs
- Ensure quality and accuracy in CAD documentation

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of NX or equivalent CAD software
- Basic understanding of lathe, CNC, and welding processes
- Familiarity with technical drawings, GD&T, and mechanical design principles
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to design-to-manufacturing workflows
- Experience in developing products from concept to tool-ready design
