Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a CAD Designer Fresher to join our design and engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software, based on the specifications provided by engineers and architects.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or diploma holders to start their careers in a technical and creative role, with training and mentorship provided. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of CAD tools and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of design and drafting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CAD Drawing and Drafting

Create 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on technical instructions and sketches.

Assist in preparing layouts, detail drawings, assembly drawings, and fabrication drawings.

Follow company and industry drafting standards and specifications.
2. Project Support

Work under the guidance of senior designers and engineers on real-time projects.

Revise and update designs based on feedback and corrections.

Maintain proper file management and drawing version control.
3. Quality and Compliance

Ensure accuracy and clarity in all drawings.

Check for dimensioning, tolerances, and adherence to engineering standards.

Identify and resolve basic design conflicts or errors.
4. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain documentation of all design work and revisions.

Prepare reports or logs related to assigned tasks and updates.

Coordinate with other departments for input and design clarification.
5. Learning and Development

Attend training sessions on design software, tools, and industry practices.

Stay updated with the latest versions of CAD tools and design trends.

Accept feedback positively and continuously work to improve skills.
