proficient in CAD PLM tools Windchill Creo PDMLink technically sound good communication Profile Summary roles and responsibility Providing technical support to Sales team during software sale process Preparing demos for the software and giving demos to the customer Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution Researching diagnosing troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system and software issues Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
