CAFE WORK , FOOD PREPARATION, CUSTOMER HANDLING, Good communication skills, Training provides,4 week off in month.

Greet customers warmly as they enter the café and provide assistance with menu selection.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using a POS system or manually.
Answer questions about the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials.
Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate to a supervisor when necessary.
Ensure customers are satisfied with their service and dining experience.

Prepare hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, and specialty drinks as per recipes and café standards.
Assist in preparing simple food items such as sandwiches, pastries, salads, and snacks.
Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and hygiene during preparation and serving.
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or restocking needs.

Process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, card, and digital payments securely and accurately.
Issue receipts and maintain records of daily sales as required.
Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts, reporting any discrepancies.

Keep the dining area, counters, tables, kitchen, and customer areas clean and organized.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines strictly.
Clear tables, clean spills promptly, and sanitize frequently used surfaces.
Dispose of waste properly and ensure the garbage area is tidy.

Work collaboratively with baristas, chefs, and other staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Participate in team briefings, meetings, and training sessions.
Assist in opening and closing duties, including restocking, equipment cleaning, and preparation for the next day.
Support special events, seasonal promotions, or changes in menu items when required.
