Caf Supervisor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly as they enter the café.

Take customer orders accurately at the counter or table.

Provide recommendations for smoothies, snacks, and drinks when asked.

Serve smoothies and food items in a timely and presentable manner.
-
Ensure each customer leaves with a positive experience.
Smoothie Preparation:
-
Prepare a variety of fresh smoothies based on café recipes and customer preferences.
-
Handle ingredients hygienically, ensuring quality and freshness.
-
Monitor inventory of smoothie ingredients and notify management for replenishment.
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie preparation area.
Team Supervision:
-
Guide and support café staff in their daily tasks.
-
Ensure shifts run smoothly, resolving any minor staff or customer issues.
-
Delegate duties such as cleaning, order prep, or restocking as needed.
-
Train new staff on customer service and beverage preparation techniques.
Operational Duties:
-
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the café at all times.
-
Assist in managing daily cash transactions, billing, and POS operations.
-
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
-
Handle minor maintenance or equipment issues and report larger problems to management.
-
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Candidate Requirements:

Interest in making smoothies and learning café-style food and beverage preparation.

Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-
Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety.

Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Willingness to take initiative and manage small operational tasks independently.
