Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, well-groomed, and friendly Cafe Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only handle billing and cash transactions but also assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the cafe.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer billing, cash/card transactions, and maintain accurate records.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe at all times.

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to maximize sales.

Support the overall management of the cafe, including opening/closing duties.

Maintain stock levels and report any shortages.

Basic use of Microsoft Office for inventory, records, or reporting.

Communicate effectively in basic English when speaking with customers.
Requirements:

Prior experience as a cashier or in a similar role (preferred but not required).

Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Basic English-speaking skills.

Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.
