Responsibilities:

·        Cook food that has good taste, consistency, and quality for the customers.

·        Execute customers' food/beverages orders at the café.

·        Preparing and cooking various dishes and cuisines as told in Kitchen with the presentation skills

·        Work on new dishes and cuisines that can be incorporated into the menu 

·        Measure and assemble various ingredients for the cuisines and ensure the quality of the raw ingredients that are being used

·        Maintain the righteous food inventory and avoid wastage

·        Giving Hand on training to subordinates and also preparing SOP for various Cuisines

·        maintaining proper hygiene and sanitary behavior in Kitchen and while preparation of the cuisines

·        Handle equipment and utensils with care and safety

·        maintaining confidentiality with outsiders with respect to recipes & ingredients

·        Will be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and its utensils 

·        should be able to handle any task given related to the kitchen, procurement, quality testing, etc
