3. Sales & Profitability:
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Manage pricing, discounts, and special offers.
- Track daily sales, expenses, and financial reports.
4. Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
- Monitor and order coffee beans, bakery items, and other ingredients.
- Maintain proper stock levels to avoid shortages or wastage.
- Ensure vendor relationships and cost-effective procurement.
5. Marketing & Brand Promotion:
- Implement social media and offline marketing strategies to attract customers.
- Collaborate with food bloggers, influencers, and local events for promotions.
- Innovate new menu offerings and seasonal specials to boost sales.
6. Compliance & Hygiene Standards:
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
