Job Description
Need a Male Staff for cafe staff to handle a cafe , for Making and serving food and coffee and also handling cash and Cafe Closure duties.
Freshers are most welcome
Comfortable for Evening Shift
The person should be 12th pass or graduate with basic knowledge of food and coffees .
The location is Sector 90, Industrial Area, Sector 91, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab

Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:
Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude. Take orders accurately and respond to customer questions about the menu, ingredients, or dietary requirements. -
Food & Beverage Preparation:
Prepare hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, or specialty drinks using café equipment (e.g., espresso machine, blender). Assemble food items such as sandwiches, pastries, salads, or breakfast dishes according to recipes and presentation standards. -
Cash Handling and POS Operation:
Operate the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system. Process payments by cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. Issue receipts and give correct change. -
Cleanliness and Hygiene:
Maintain a clean and tidy workspace at all times. Regularly clean tables, counters, and equipment. Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines strictly, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitizing. -
Stocking and Inventory:
Refill shelves, fridges, and displays with food, beverages, and condiments. Check stock levels and inform the manager when supplies are low. Rotate stock to ensure freshness. -
Teamwork:
Work closely with kitchen staff, baristas, and other team members to ensure smooth café operations. Help cover other areas of the café as needed during busy times. -
Compliance and Safety:
Follow all company policies, including health and safety, hygiene, uniform standards, and emergency procedures. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor. -
Customer Engagement:
Engage in small talk with customers, take feedback positively, and ensure a positive dining or take-away experience. Handle complaints calmly and notify the supervisor when needed. -
Opening and Closing Duties:
Depending on the shift, participate in setting up or closing the café. This may include preparing equipment, cleaning, locking up, or doing final stock checks.
