Duties & Responsibilities
Operation:
Ø Ensure guest comfort
Ø Order Taking & billing
Ø Handle the customer complaints
Ø Customer Service/follow-ups
Ø Service Recovery
Ø Inventory management
Ø Maintain the SOP checklist
Ø Asset and equipment maintenance
Ø Maintain Reports
Ø Handle billing compliances
Ø Oversee day to day operation of the café and kitchen ensuring a high level of
customer service is always maintained
