Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and technically skilled Calibration Engineer to ensure the accuracy and precision of measuring instruments, test equipment, and control systems used across production and quality operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of metrology principles, standards (such as ISO/IEC 17025), and hands-on experience in calibrating a wide range of equipment including mechanical, electrical, thermal, and dimensional instruments.
The Calibration Engineer will be responsible for planning and executing calibration schedules, maintaining detailed records, troubleshooting instrument discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with internal quality systems and industry regulations.
Perform calibration of instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, RTDs, sensors, timers, flow meters, and electrical equipment.

Execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for HVAC systems, autoclaves, incubators, cold rooms, and other utilities.

Maintain calibration and validation records as per ISO/IEC 17025 and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and review SOPs, reports, and certificates.

Operate and troubleshoot standard calibration equipment and software.

Coordinate with clients for on-site calibration and validation activities.

Maintain traceability of standards and ensure accuracy in measurements.

Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), safety standards, and quality policies.
