- Profile: Customer Support Executive (E-Commerce)
- Should know spoken English and Hindi language.
- Should be willing to reply to Customer Queries through calls or emails.
- Ability to work well in and promote a team environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & coordination skills.
- Should be proactive and should posses out of the box thinking.
- He should be interested to work for the customer service industry.Should have a flair for interacting with customers and be energetic and enthusiastic.
- He should be able to handle pressure and be able to provide resolution to customer queries empathetically.
- He should possess good listening and convincing skills while handling calls.
- He should be responsible for efficient dealing of customer complaints to enable satisfaction of customers.Responsibilities and Duties
- Call prospective customers and take feed backs, Lead Generation and conversion.
- Replying to comments/messages on social media channels and handling customer chat platforms.
- Managing Reviews and feed backs across the portals.
- Resolving customer queries empathetically.
- Maintaining customer data in the sheet.
Requirements:
Decent English language skills:
- Writing and speaking.E-Commerce, Fluent Spoken and writing English, Exposure on Excel, Energy Level, Meeting Goals.
- Active and pleasant personality.
- Candidate should be intellectual with learning and positive attitude.
- Good communication skills, Problem solving skills.
- Carries out responsibilities with professionalism, Internet and computer savvy, sincere and dedicated.
- Experience with handling emails, taking calls and feed backs, resolving queries.
