Job Description
- ResponsibilitiesManage large amounts of incoming calls
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Handle customer complaints and Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file document
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Required to work in Day shifts only, Fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil required
