Job Overview
We are hiring Call Center Agent to handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist customers, resolve queries, and promote products/services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via calls and chat in fluent English ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently with professionalism and efficiency including clear communication.
Maintain a typing speed of 40-50 words per minute for quick responses.
Document interactions and update customer records accurately.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Follow company protocols and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Maintain customer records and call logs in the CRM system.
Report daily call statistics and feedback to the team leader.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Communication Skills
- Fluent in English and/or regional languages.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM tools.
- Fast typing speed (30-40 WPM preferred).
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Patience, problem-solving ability, and professionalism.
- Ability to handle difficult customers calmly.
