Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for
international clients
Provide customer support, technical assistance,
or sales services as per process
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow international communication standards and
scripts
Update CRM systems with accurate call details
Meet daily productivity, quality, and
performance targets
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when
required
Work in rotational/night shifts as per
international time zones
