  •  WALK-IN DRIVE | CALL CENTER AGENT 

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for clients

    • Provide customer support, technical assistance, or sales services as per process

    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

    • Follow communication standards and scripts

    • Update CRM systems with accurate call details

    • Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets

    • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required

    • Work in rotational/night shifts as per international time zones

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Excellent Marathi communication skills mandatory

    • Neutral accent and strong listening skills

    • Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency

    • Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset

    • Ability to work in night/rotational shifts
