Job Description
- We are looking for a Voice process executive that will
- be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The
- Successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving
- Customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the
- Core of every decision and behaviour.
Responsibilities:-
-handling customers
-handling their queries
-maintaining excel sheet
-handling calls, emails etc.
Education: Non Graduates and Graduates.
Gender: Male / Female
Languages: English only
Working days: Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule: Night shift
Experience: Fresher & non fresher can apply
