Job Description
- Profile :Executive /Sr. Executive
- Excellent communication Skills (English And Hindi)
- Excellent narration and convincing skills & should be comfortable with handling irate customers politely.
- Effective and appropriate probing and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
- Determines requirements by working with customers.
- Understanding of selecting the most appropriate way to communicate with different behavior types on the telephone
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.
- Maintain, develop and manage effective customer relationship by rapport building to promote new products/services.
- Accurate information to be provided on every call along with 100% documentation.
- Should be comfortable working on Excel/MS.Office and Internal Application.
- Ready to work in UK/Australia shifts
- Shift Timing:-Australia shifts 4:30am to 1:30pm
- UK Shift:-1:30pm To 9:30pm
- US Shift:9:30pm To 6:00 Am
- Salary :15000 to 25000/-
- Job Location: Noida/ Delhi
