  • Excellent communication Skills (English And Hindi)
  • Excellent narration and convincing skills & should be comfortable with handling irate customers politely.
  • Effective and appropriate probing and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
  • Determines requirements by working with customers.
  • Understanding of selecting the most appropriate way to communicate with different behavior types on the telephone
  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
  • Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.
  • Maintain, develop and manage effective customer relationship by rapport building to promote new products/services.
  • Accurate information to be provided on every call along with 100% documentation.
  • Should be comfortable working on Excel/MS.Office and Internal Application.
  • Ready to work in UK/Australia shifts
  • Shift Timing:-Australia shifts  4:30am to 1:30pm
  • UK Shift:-1:30pm To 9:30pm 
  • US Shift:9:30pm To 6:00 Am
  • Salary :15000 to 25000/-
  • Job Location: Noida/ Delhi
