- To Manage large amounts of outbound calls (domestic) in a timely manner
- To follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- To inform merchants about the product, its features and services
- To generate more leads
- To build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- To follow-up customer calls where necessary
- To research required information using available resources
- To document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- To meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Any Graduate/undergraduate with 0- 2years experience may apply.
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role will be an added advantage
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
