Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and young individuals with good communication and sales skills for our call center role.
If you enjoy helping people find the right information, have a passion for selling you would be a great fit.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls from prospective customers, provide necessary information by explaining the various packages available, send quotations and assist with bookings.
Coordinate with sales team for customized business packages.
Log the details into a CRM system and do necessary followup to close sales.
Demonstrate customer relationship skills and adhere to SOPs.
Dedication to timings is a must and answering every call thoroughly should be ensured.
Provide feedback to manager and contribute to improvement in business

Expected skills:

We would provide basic training and information.
There would be a probation period of 1 month after which the job would be confirmed based on performance.

We are expecting

At least diploma or degree.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu.
Prior training and experience would be a bonus
