Job Description
- We are looking for dedicated call centre executives for our USA sales process.
- Saturday and Sunday will be off and we will provide attractive incentives. only night shift available
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering inbound / outbound calls assisting customers who have particular enquires or
- Question.
- Building the interest of the customer in the product and services offered by the organization.
- Assisting of communication-based organization with service queries and problems.
- Handling customers directly either electronically or telephones and responding customer
- Enquires and questions promptly.
- It is an outbound sales process for USA clients.
