Job Description
We have an urgent requirement of 800 candidates for the profile of customer care executive in different process.
Salaries starts from Rs.9700 to 15000.as per skill set (hindi/punjabi/english).
Shifts : morning for female, evening for male.
All the selected candidates would be placed in training program ( 10 to 30 days, training stipend Rs.150/200/300 per day.) In which they would be imparted trainings of bpo products, personality development trainings, corporate etiquettes, confidence boosting.
eligibilities ·
· Must be 18 years of age.
· Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concern
· Minimum 12th pass & above.·
· Must be ready to work in flexible shifts.
· Must have good computer knowledge and typing speed.·
· Fresher may also apply.·
· Must have the ability to handle pressure.·
· Must have valid educational proofs along with their id proofs
