Job Description
- Answering or making calls to clients to learn about their concerns, clear their queries in terms f process to be followed
- Manage both inbound(less) and outbound (more) calls in a timely manner
- Building rapport with clients
- Keep records of all conversations into ourin house software
- Accurate interpretation, compilation and entering of data in the computer system
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the information
- Completion of required task within the desired deadline
- Responsible for Analyzing weekly, Monthly MIS reports
