- Handling outbound/inbound calls for sales to US customers.
- Analyze Clients requirement and customize product/pricing accordingly.
- Resolve customer doubts/queries with the best means.
- Job involves pricing, negotiation and excellent selling skills.
- Learning from day to day activities and enhancing soft skills.
- Maintaining daily/weekly/ monthly/quarterly/yearly records. (Process specific)
- Achieving or Overachieving daily/weekly sales target.
- Skills Required: Essentials: Excellent communication skills i.e. Spoken English(Neutral Accent) with good vocabulary The consultant should be able to comprehend US(American Accent) and communicate effectively. Experience: Experience in US process, freshers may apply if they fulfill the skills requirement above.
Educational Qualification: Minimum of 10+2/ graduates.
