Call Center Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a Candidate for the post of Customer care executive who will be working for our esteemed client.
Criteria
- Candidate should be a minimum 12 th pass
- Preferably should have at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in tele-marketing/call centre experience.
- Should be target oriented
- Aggressive to convert sales & achieve targets.
- Being dedicated to handle inbound calls or receives a number of calls from customers.
- Good technical knowledge, Good convincing skills
- Candidates with EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS are required.
- Shifts : US Shifts
- Should be extremely conversant and convincing
- Should be comfortable be comfortable with Night shift
- Knowledge of basic computer operations
- Remuneration: Up to 30 K per Month depending on your caliber.
