Good verbal and written communication skills-ability to read, write, and comprehend in English and Malayalam.
Experience in Direct Interaction with Customers via E-mail and Phone.
Proven customer support experience.
Answer calls professionally and provide information about products and services or obtain details of complaints.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customers' requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Willingness to learn
Provide quality service to customers
