Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Call Handling: Manage high volumes of inbound/outbound calls efficiently.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly, address inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
- Information Provision & Resolution: Provide accurate information and aim for first-call resolution.
- Documentation & Reporting: Record all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Issue Escalation: Refer complex issues promptly to the appropriate teams.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain professionalism and build positive customer rapport.
- Compliance & Quality: Follow company policies and meet service quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues for a seamless customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing training and process improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fresher to minimum 1+ year experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Proficient in CRM tools and call center systems.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Google Suite

- Speaking on Call: Clear, articulate, and professional speaking voice with excellent pronunciation and intonation. Ability to convey information effectively and empathetically over the phone.
