Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls

Answer inbound calls from customers in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.

Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, or promote services and products.

Provide product or service information, help customers understand product features, and assist in troubleshooting issues.

Handle calls related to customer orders, account management, billing inquiries, and complaints.
2. Customer Support and Issue Resolution
-
Assist customers by addressing their inquiries or issues, providing accurate and complete information.

Resolve customer complaints or concerns with a positive attitude, ensuring that their issues are effectively handled.

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor for further resolution.

Record detailed notes about customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system for future reference.
3. Upselling and Cross-Selling
-
Promote and suggest additional services or products to customers based on their needs, interests, or inquiries (where applicable).

Meet upselling and cross-selling targets as set by the company, ensuring ethical sales practices and customer satisfaction.
4. Maintaining Customer Data
-
Keep customer records accurate and up to date in the database or CRM system.
-
Ensure confidentiality of customer information and follow data protection regulations.

Ensure that all customer interactions are logged correctly and completely in the system.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
-
Meet and exceed service level targets, including average handling time (AHT), first call resolution (FCR), customer satisfaction scores, and adherence to scripts.

Participate in regular performance reviews and provide feedback to supervisors for areas of improvement.

Provide feedback or suggestions for process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
6. Adherence to Company Policies and Procedures

Follow standard operating procedures, policies, and compliance guidelines while handling customer calls.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy while interacting with customers.

Participate in training and development programs to stay current on product knowledge, systems, and customer service best practices.
