Job Description
No of Requirement: 30 (Ongoing for every month)
To take Incoming calls to Customers.
To resolve the customers complaint & issues.
To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
To generate more good communication & call quality with customer satisfaction.
To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
To maintain login hours and punctuality.
Key Skills / Competencies:−
Basic computer knowledge
Minimum 12th Pass
Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi language
Should be Interactive
Good communication skills
Must have decent typing speed (at least 15 WPM)
