Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and communicative individuals to join our team as Call Center Executive. This role involves handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, providing information, resolving queries, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
As a Call Center Executive, you will be the first point of contact between the company and its customers. You are expected to maintain professionalism, empathy, and efficiency during all customer interactions. The role may be aligned with domestic or international processes, covering industries such as banking, telecommunications, e-commerce, healthcare, retail, or utilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound and Outbound Calling:

Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Make outbound calls to follow up with customers for surveys, feedback, payments, or promotional campaigns.

Respond to customer queries related to products, services, billing, orders, account status, technical issues, and other service requests.
2. Issue Resolution & Customer Service:

Listen actively to customer issues and concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions.

Use product and service knowledge to answer questions and resolve customer problems.

Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department or supervisor and follow up to ensure resolution.

Document all interactions and actions taken in the customer management system or CRM.
3. Quality and Compliance:

Adhere to standard scripts, call guidelines, and company policies during all customer interactions.

Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handling time (AHT), first call resolution (FCR), customer satisfaction (CSAT), and call quality.

Maintain data privacy and confidentiality standards in accordance with company and legal policies.
4. Product Knowledge and Process Adherence:

Stay updated on new products, services, policies, and processes through regular training.

Understand customer needs and provide relevant information, cross-selling or up-selling where appropriate.

Follow detailed instructions, troubleshooting scripts, and escalation protocols as per the company’s SOPs.
5. Collaboration and Feedback:

Provide customer feedback to management for process and service improvements.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share knowledge and resolve queries effectively.

Participate in team meetings, refresher trainings, and skill development sessions.
