Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Call center executive to bring their expertise to our team at Parthaarav Infratech Private Limited in Dehradun, Ajabpur. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹9000 - ₹12000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring 0 - 0.5 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Hindi. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A 10th or 12th Pass and 18+ is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling Customer Calls:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers to address queries, complaints, or requests related to the company’s products or services.

  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback collection, appointment setting, service renewals, or sales promotions (based on business requirements).

  • Use the provided call script or guidelines to ensure consistent messaging, while adapting responses to the customer's specific needs.

2. Problem Resolution and Support:

  • Identify the nature of customer concerns and provide effective, prompt resolutions within the first call whenever possible.

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or higher authority as per the escalation matrix.

  • Track open cases and ensure timely follow-ups until closure.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, including complaints, comments, inquiries, and actions taken.

  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) or call center software to log call details and update customer profiles.

  • Generate daily call logs or performance summaries for reporting purposes.

4. Product/Service Knowledge:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s offerings to confidently and accurately communicate features, pricing, and policies to customers.

  • Stay updated on new product launches, service updates, and company announcements that affect customer interactions.

5. Sales Support and Cross-Selling (if applicable):

  • Promote relevant products or services during customer interactions where appropriate.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales, upsell, or lead generation targets (for outbound sales campaigns).

  • Guide customers through the purchasing process and close deals over the phone if required.

6. Quality and Compliance:

  • Adhere to call quality standards, scripts, and regulatory compliance (such as DND guidelines or data protection regulations).

  • Participate in regular training, refresher programs, and coaching sessions to enhance communication and process knowledge.

  • Maintain a courteous and professional tone at all times to uphold the company's image.
