Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending or overdue payments.

Follow up regularly to ensure timely collections.

Explain billing details, outstanding amounts, and payment options clearly.

Maintain accurate records of interactions, commitments, and payments.

Handle customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines during interactions.

Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
