Position: Call Center Executive

Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct telemarketing activities, including lead generation and appointment setting.

* Handle both inbound and outbound calls for B2B and B2C clients.

* Conduct surveys and verification processes to ensure data accuracy.

* Provide exceptional customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.

* Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed performance targets.

Requirements:
* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcomed.

• Fluency in English is essential.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Age limit: Below 40 years.

• Ability to work night shifts.

• Work from the office in Surat, Gujarat.

Compensation:
Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month, plus incentives based on the campaign you work on.

Working Schedule:
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sunday-Saturday off).
