Position: Call Center Executive (Work from Office)
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shift | Work from Office
We are hiring people for a full-time call center job. This is a work from office job in international BPO, where you will talk to customers and help with their queries. If you enjoy speaking with people and want a stable job, this is a good opportunity for you.
Job Role:
Make calls to customers to share information or set appointments
Talk to customers who call us for help
Do small surveys and check customer details
Support customers through phone, email, and chat
Work with your team to meet goals
Who Can Apply:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
You must speak and understand English well
Age should be below 40
You must be okay working in the night shift
You must be ready to work from our office in Surat
Salary:
₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month (based on your work and the project)
Extra money (incentives) for good performance
Working Days:
Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)
