Job Description
Call Centre Representative (Inbound & Outbound Process : Non-Technical)
We are looking for a Call Centre Representative to handle calls from customers and provide support to them in any way possible. You will be required to work in a time bound environment and ensure that customer service is provided to its best quality. You are responsible for meeting personal and team targets as well as our customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise (If required)
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars/training sessions to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer support role International Process (Min. 6 – 12Months)
- One Indian Regional Language known will be added advantage (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam).
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality type.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Work Timings
· Monday ~ Friday (9:30 PM ~ 6:30 AM)
· Saturday & Sunday Holiday
· Strictly No Work from Home options (Preferring Only Male Candidates)
· Work Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai (Own Transportation)
