We are looking for a Call Center
Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and
potential customers.
Responsibilities:-
• Manage large amounts of inbound
and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers’ needs,
clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or
alternatives
Requirements:-
• Previous experience in a
customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal
communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability
to different personality types
• Ability to multitask, set
priorities and manage time effectively
• Outstanding negotiation skills
with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Qualifications-10+2
Location: Work from home
Working Days- Monday to Friday
(Sunday -Saturday off)
Experience :- 2 Year to 3 Years
