Job Description: Call Center Team
We are establishing a dedicated Call Center Team for a reputed PSU. The team will be responsible for customer support, technical assistance, and emergency response management. This team will play a critical role in tracking, monitoring and controlling of safety violations done by drivers on real time basis through Control Room Setup and provide Level-1 emergency support services in case of incident.
Role Overview: The Call Center will operate on a 24/7 schedule with three 8-hour shifts to provide uninterrupted service. This structure includes one reliever for the calling agents to ensure seamless service continuity. Each team member will contribute to providing responsive customer support, assisting with technical queries, and upholding safety protocols. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and experience in customer service or emergency response environments.
Responsibilities:
· Respond to all safety violations/alerts on real-time basis.
· Communicate safety guidelines
· Shall attend to all safety violations/alerts and ensure that the violations are stopped.
· Follow emergency response procedures when required and provide prompt assistance to drivers in critical situations.
