we are Hiring for Call Centre executives:
Job Role:
- Handling inbound calls related to policies.
- Follow up with internal team for Pre-Auth cases.
- Convincing customer related to claims.
- Provide claim & Pre-Auth status to customers and hospitals.
- Update daily tracker to escalation team.
- Guide the customers about claim procedure and Pre-Auth procedure.
- Providing information related to corporate & individual policies.
