  • Effective verbal and written English communication.
  • End user calls handling capabilities and call registration through ticketing systems.
  • Helpdesk ticketing system management, ensure every ticket is being answered in timely manner as per SLA.
  • Daily Call report with every ticket status and open ticket aging.
  • Weekly tickets summery based on various parameters.
  • Monthly IT dashboard
  • Day end call status sharing with Team Lead and System Admin.
  • Follow up of pervious day open tickets with support engineers. Any delay to be escalated to seniors.
  • Call log with OEM of different products and fallow up till it close .
  • Should have good knowledge about word excel and Msword.
  • Managing attendance sheet for the FMS team in Gurgaon and Mumbai
  • Only Female Candidates can apply
