Job Description

Effective verbal and written English communication.
End user calls handling capabilities and call registration through ticketing systems.
Helpdesk ticketing system management, ensure every ticket is being answered in timely manner as per SLA.
Daily Call report with every ticket status and open ticket aging.
Weekly tickets summery based on various parameters.
Monthly IT dashboard
Day end call status sharing with Team Lead and System Admin.
Follow up of pervious day open tickets with support engineers. Any delay to be escalated to seniors.
Call log with OEM of different products and fallow up till it close .
Should have good knowledge about word excel and Msword.
Managing attendance sheet for the FMS team in Gurgaon and Mumbai
