Job Summary
Handle Inbound Calls from customers
Query Handling pertaining to their bank account and loans, etc.
Cross Sell Banking Products based non Goalsheet.
Detailed Responsibilities
Handle Customer Query / Complaints of Banks Customers
Handle enquiries on new products / communications launched by bank.
Ensure end to end resolution and provide customer satisfaction on every call
Outcalling customers whenever required and follow up to take queries to closures

Desired skills and competencies Should be open to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs. (Night shifts in case of male employees)

- PG : Post Graduation Not Required, Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization
