Job Description

Mukadam Tour is looking for a smart and responsible Calling and Office Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, organized in handling office tasks, and comfortable using basic computer applications. This role involves managing incoming leads, handling client calls, follow-ups, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make and receive client calls for tour inquiries

  • Follow up with leads from social media, WhatsApp, SMS, and email

  • Maintain client records and update data in Excel sheets

  • Handle daily office administration work

  • Respond to inquiries from travel portals

  • Assist in preparing documents using MS Word

  • Coordinate with clients regarding bookings, payments, and visa requirements

  • Support the team with day-to-day office operations 

    Requirements:
    • Good communication and phone etiquette

    • Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel

    • Experience in customer service or office work preferred

    • Comfortable working with WhatsApp, email, and social media

    • Organized, punctual, and team-oriented

    • Freshers welcome – training provided
