Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound & Inbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote services and generate sales leads.

Handle inbound calls from clients, answer queries, and assist in service inquiries.

Follow a scripted sales pitch or customize it to engage clients effectively and discuss the benefits of our services.

Explain service offerings, pricing, and related terms to prospective customers, ensuring they understand the value of the service.
2. Sales and Lead Conversion:

Engage with prospects to qualify leads and determine their needs.

Convert qualified leads into sales by presenting the value proposition, offering solutions, and negotiating terms where needed.

Set up appointments or demos for further discussions or service demonstrations as required.

Meet monthly or quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring they receive high-quality service throughout the sales process.

Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth sales closure process and resolve any remaining concerns.

Maintain detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
4. Product and Service Knowledge:

Stay updated on all services, promotions, and offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Understand and communicate the benefits and features of each service offering, addressing potential client concerns.

Be proactive in resolving customer issues or queries related to the services we offer.
5. Reporting & Feedback:

Provide daily or weekly updates to the team leader or manager regarding lead status, sales, and challenges encountered.

Gather feedback from customers regarding their service needs and communicate this to the product team to improve service offerings.
6. Continuous Improvement:

Participate in training sessions or team meetings to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to improve sales strategy.
