Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound and Inbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential customers, existing clients, or leads provided by the company.

Receive and manage inbound calls from interested customers or inquiries regarding products/services.

Provide information about products, services, offers, pricing, and company policies clearly and accurately.

Follow pre-written scripts or customized calling templates depending on campaign or client requirements.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion:

Identify potential customers from call lists or leads databases.
-
Generate interest and schedule follow-up meetings or product demonstrations with sales teams.
-
Explain benefits and features of the product or service to encourage customer interest or direct purchase.

Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects until conversion.
3. Customer Support and Query Resolution:

Answer queries related to product usage, service issues, billing, delivery, or company policies.

Handle complaints or issues professionally and escalate unresolved matters to supervisors when necessary.

Guide customers through processes such as order placement, registration, application form filling, or feedback submission.
4. Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Update and maintain accurate records of calls made, call outcomes, customer information, and feedback in the CRM or Excel sheets.

Ensure data privacy and handle customer details with confidentiality.

Generate simple reports on daily calling activity and share with the reporting manager.
5. Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads generated, or conversions depending on the campaign.

Understand and work towards achieving team targets and contribute to overall campaign success.

Participate in incentive programs or sales bonuses based on performance.
6. Coordination and Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members, supervisors, and sales/marketing departments.

Attend team meetings, briefings, or training sessions regularly.

Share customer feedback and insights that could help improve scripts, products, or services.
7. Compliance and Quality Adherence:

Follow company policies, guidelines, and standard calling scripts to ensure consistent communication quality.

Adhere to Do-Not-Disturb (DND) and telecalling regulations as required by law.

Ensure calls are polite, professional, and respectful of customer privacy and preferences.
