Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising and Donor Engagement:

Actively solicit donations from individuals, businesses, and community groups during campaigns, events, or door-to-door outreach.

Clearly communicate the mission, goals, and impact of the fundraising campaign to potential donors.

Build rapport and trust with prospective and existing donors through personal interaction.

Encourage recurring donations and promote other giving options such as online platforms or sponsorships.

Track donations and pledges accurately and ensure proper documentation.
Community Outreach and Awareness:

Represent the organization at community events, fairs, public spaces, or partner venues.

Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and branded merchandise.

Share compelling stories and facts to educate the public about the cause.

Collaborate with local media, businesses, and community leaders to amplify campaign reach.
Campaign Planning and Execution Support:

Assist in planning and organizing fundraising events, including logistics, volunteer coordination, and on-site support.

Provide feedback and insights from the field to improve campaign strategies.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and briefings to stay informed and aligned.
Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of donor interactions, contacts, and contributions.

Use CRM or fundraising software to update donor databases.

Prepare reports on daily/weekly outreach activities and fundraising outcomes.

Ensure confidentiality and data protection compliance.
Volunteer Coordination:

Support recruitment, training, and supervision of fundraising volunteers.
